FAQs

We usually buy 100% of the company. Sometimes, we offer owners the chance to keep some equity to grow alongside us, but most deals are for 100% of the shares.

That’s really up to you. Some owners fully step away, while others like to stay and help grow and run the business. We’re flexible and will work with whatever feels right for you.

If we both parties agree to move forwards, by working collaboratively we can usually wrap things up in about 90 days.

We want to keep your team on board after the sale. Our goal is to help them grow with the business over time.

Alongside of our own personal wealth, we have financial backers who back us a team but also really believe in the sector and the direction it is going.

Every business is different. We would assess your last 3 years accounts, the team you have in place and the strength of your contracts to determine a fair valuation.

It starts with a simple phone call to see if we’re a good fit. If we both want to move ahead, we’ll sign a confidentiality agreement and ask for some basic financial info. After that, we can make you an offer, then do our homework and close the deal.

We don’t force businesses to merge if it doesn’t make sense. Most companies we buy keep running on their own, with their own teams and customers.

We mostly look for Technology Services businesses that make money from repeat customers. That said, we’re open to speaking to any owners in the MSP space should they have a genuine interest of selling their company.

Yes. While we usually offer a a percentage of cash payment upfront, we’re open to structuring deals in a way that work for both parties.
