We usually buy 100% of the company. Sometimes, we offer owners the chance to keep some equity to grow alongside us, but most deals are for 100% of the shares.
That’s really up to you. Some owners fully step away, while others like to stay and help grow and run the business. We’re flexible and will work with whatever feels right for you.
If we both parties agree to move forwards, by working collaboratively we can usually wrap things up in about 90 days.

Yes. While we usually offer a a percentage of cash payment upfront, we’re open to structuring deals in a way that work for both parties.
